Return & Refund Policy

All products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.

Returns

⚠️ Do not return items without contacting us first.

Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Approved returns are handled through our production team and must be sent to the designated return facility, which will be provided after approval.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear, washing, or misuse
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds
